The method developed for analysis of heterogeneous samples of borrowers in case of bank’s inability to distinguish the types of borrowers while the latter are unaware of their solvency is presented.

Abstract

Forecast is the basis of enterprising and management in every sphere, including nature preservation. The water quality of the surface-water bodies is the primary category of the human habitat and a supremely important factor for well being. The extensive environmental degradation, the increase of the anthropogenic load on watercourse and hydraulic facilities wear, lead to the essential water quality deterioration. The article in question offers an evaluation methodology for the System of Local Indicators of the efficiency of the environmental policy of a business entity, based on the environmental audit.

Abstract

The article reflects the key provisions of Actor-network theory presented by the Paris branch – works of B. Latour,  M. Kallon and their followers. The ideas of social network and interactions through various actants and mediators applied to the analysis of amateur theater groups, their rehearsals and performances which has their own theater existence laws. Analysis of the observations, questionnaires, analysis of documents (passports of theaters) allowed to reveal the activities of theater amateur groups and the specific content of constituting practices.

Abstract

The paper evaluated the differences of particular indicators and comprehensive quantitative assessments of standards of living in cities of different size and status made on the basis of the proposed  technique. Investigation of dynamics of obtained quantitative estimates of the standard of living showed the increasing polarization of the standard of living in cities with increasing concentration on the poles. The role of the size of the city, its administrative status, as well as intraregional urban structure in the dynamics of inequality of living standards of citizens was studied.

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of official approaches to estimation of executive authorities' of the Russian regions activities. It had proved that the institute of the official estimations has a dual nature. It is a tool of monitoring of activity and the generator of incentives  for regional elites simultaneously. As a result of the factorial analysis of algorithms of estimations it is revealed that the specified above incentives don't motivate regional officials to form the regional social and economic policy directed on improvement of quality of life of the population. There were defined the basic vectors of the estimation mechanisms transformation that should be implemented to improve the situation.
