MACROECONOMIC ANALYSIS: METHODS AND RESULTS
Estimation was implemented for two groups of countries: developed countries (The Netherlands, USA, UK, Norway, Canada and Australia) and developing countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil). Series of accumulated per capita human capital were constructed. Using modified Uzawa-Lucas growth model the influence of human capital and oil-and-gas resources on economic development was defined.
MICROECONOMIC ANALYSIS: METHODS AND RESULTS
The paper considers the state of affairs with the disposal of solid waste in Russia and Novosibirsk region. There is an economic assessment of the feasibility and advisability of the use of solid waste as fuel and is an economic cost-benefit analysis of scientific and technical developments in the field of solid waste management.
The paper presents a hierarchical grouping of the most significant factors determining the level of environmental and economic efficiency of BAT, their interaction and meter types. The problem of efficiency of BAT was considered from the point of view of measurement vulnerability of its factors mainly in terms of costs, especially for environmental factors and intellectual labor evaluation. It is shown the process of measuring the impact of factors for adequate evaluation of the effectiveness needs to be done multi-dimensional, what is achieved through a combination of natural, labor and cost meters and their mutual coordination. For discussion it is proposed a mechanism for such coordination using the procedure of financial performance greening and green certification, as well as methods of labor reduction, improved on the basis of modern information technology in the form of automated expert systems.
Now the assessment and forecasting of various natural objects from the point of view of ecology is not well organized. The data about pollution are seldom exposed to the economic and ekologo-statistical analysis. The main aim of this article is to provide the factorial and correlation analysis of the creation of expected pollution level model the Ob river ( Novosibirsk). Moreover, there is also identified the statistically significant factors taken from the official reporting. The author managed to hold the Numeric experiment on anticipatory forecasting of pollution volume in SWO dependiong on different factors.
The article deals with the core problem of the evaluation of innovative projects in the IT sector, identifies the main features that should be considered for effective risk management in IT projects. An analysis of innovative projects in the field of IT, identified the main risks inherent in IT innovation projects and shows the detection of risks in IT projects, the scheme of evaluation of innovative projects in the field of IT.
Technically advanced countries in the world have been able to achieve a high level of development of the fifth technological structure only through the direct participation and real measures of state support is in the development of machine-building industries. For Russia, the level of development of production engineering for the last twenty years has declined drastically. There is a question about the possibility of the participation of the industry in the future development of the Russian economy, the creation of conditions for the modernization of its production facilities and the transition to innovative development.
In a review article assesses the current status and describes the problems and prospects for the Russian economy the most important kinds of manufacturing, traditionally included in the so-called chemical complex, but did not stand out in the open state statistics in individual positions. Shows the discrepancy of their condition demands innovative development of the national economy and individual incorrectness state strategic documents.
The article analyses changes in the role and place that Siberian manufacturing is playing in the Russian manufacturing sector, and additionally considers shifts in the internal structure of Siberian manufacturing, by types of economic activity and by regions. The article pays particular attention to high-tech productions, which are traditionally concentrated in the defense sector.
The author analyzes existing quantitative criteria of optimal currency areas and the possibility of the criteria’s application to different regions of the world where an optimal currency area can be create or has already been implemented. The analysis is based on the Maastricht criteria applied in the EU
In this paper the term structure of interest rates is modeled and forecasted using Nelson-Siegel model with changing coefficients and stochastic volatility in residuals. Possibility of applying Laplace's method to filtering in the resulting state-space model is studied. The good-quality estimates of yield curves and bond prices were obtained with the help of proposed algorithm.
This article discusses the problems of pricing in the electricity industry, analyzes the regulatory and legislative materials . Based on an analysis of existing approaches to pricing in the electricity debate about the possibilities of a correct calculation of tariffs for electricity for the population. The calculation of the marginal cost of 1 kW/hour of electricity by region and ways of charging fees for themselves and the region . It is proposed economic-mathematical model of optimization rate. The article provides tools for calculation the level of housing affordability. With the help of it we evaluate the effectiveness of various government policies on housing availability. Calculations show that the efficiency of municipal rental housing depends on the level of rents, and the cooperation between the government and building companies can get better effect than the using the subsidy policy.
REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICS
The paper addresses the issue of regulation of labor mobility in the labor market of the Omsk region. This is one of the conditions for socio-economic development of the region. Formulated competitive advantages of the Omsk region in terms of the formation and development of the labor mobility of the workforce. This article describes manpower resources in the building sector, the factors and parameters which determine their number and structure. The regression analysis of indicators was carried and we got a formula of calculation and prognosis of the number of workers.
INSTITUTIONAL ANALYSIS
In this article examines the nature of the economic clusters from an evolutional point of view. It is proved that the clusters are an example of self-organizing systems in the socio-economic space. We examine existing approaches to modeling clusters. As the most suitable approach to modeling taking into account the key features of the cluster as a system, it is proposed an evolutional approach.
METHODOLOGY AND METHODS OF SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH
The controversial results of the reforms of Russian social and labor relations indicate that attention needs to be paid to the peculiarities of the national economy and the social and economic history of the country, if changes in labor relations are to produce a positive effect. When selecting scenarios of economic development, consideration needs to be given not only to economic factors but also to cultural factors, such as the sense of justice, traditions in the workplace, general mentality, and the system of values. The use of an extended systems approach to the study of social and labor relations enables including a socio-cultural component in the analysis. Future work in this field will benefit from a more viable and moral model of social and labor relations.
This paper investigates the processes of transformation of social and labor relations on the basis of logic modeling and an extended systems approach.
The article presents the basic terms and concepts of the author’s sociological concept of social time. Social time is time of existence, functioning and development of society and its social systems of different levels. Time is a natural and social resource of social activities of social actors. Its measurability allows for a quantitative approach to the study of activity.
Studied are ideas of scientific youth on the opportunities associated with employment in the sphere of science and innovative business. Using the data of polls of young researchers and innovators of Russia carried out in 2010-2011 and the factor and cluster analysis are constructed empirical typologies of expectations of youth concerning science and innovative business. Connections between expectations and satisfaction with work, between expectations and some indicators of productivity of work were revealed.
METHODOLOGY AND METHODS OF SOCIOLOGICAL RESEARCH
There is analysis of the links between military units performance and the structure of the informal hierarchy among soldiers of urgent service. Demographic characteristics of the respondents as a factor of actualizes the informal pressure during military service by conscription is considered socially. There are speculations about the possibility of the phenomenon of informal hierarchy management and also forecasting potential problems of a recruit in the concrete military units at the stage of the draft board.
