Issues of the estimation of structural changes’ eff iciency in the Russian economy are considered in the Paper. The value and  technological productivity are offered for  this purpose. The  impact of  the main kinds of  economic activity and external trade and monetary shocks on the productivity and dynamic of the Russian economy is estimated.

Abstract

This paper suggests new macroeconomic model describing interaction between public and private sectors conditioned on the presence of the shadow economy in the system. We reviewed major causes for the growth of shadow economy, role of the public sector in this process. We also related tax burden and quality of provided public sector services with the size of shadow economy. We conclude with discussing reasons  for a low estimated share of a shadow economy in certain countries with high tax burdens.

Abstract

Questions related to creation of a mechanism for sustainable development of a company are discussed. By «sustainable development of a company» is meant such mode of operation under which, unconditionally, plans of the company are completed due to implementation on a regular basis of the following measures: (а) prevention, discovery and neutralization of threats for implementation of the plan; (b) maximally fast liquidation of diversions from the plan initiated by these threats. Organizational sub-system of the company which operates to support its sustainable development is called in this article «mechanism of sustainable development». Such operations are performed by a group of people who work according to accepted program. A methodological approach to creating a mechanism of sustainable growth is introduced.

The techniques of research of administrative and enterprise cultures are proved unfairly identical to techniques of research of organizational culture. The author of article starts with that, in the conditions of competition strengthening between university the problem of search of new sources of increase of competitiveness of high school is staticized. As one of such sources the author names extra-curricular activities in university participation of students which promotes their development professional, social and personal skills, graduates raising competitiveness on a labor-market.
