Abstract

This article offers a modification of the Uzawa – Lucas growth model. The model includes natural resources as a factor of production. The necessary and sufficient optimal growth conditions for this model were considered. Growth rates of the main macroeconomic indicators along balanced growth path were derived.

Abstract

Forecasting results for Russian economy development in 2012–2015 are analyzed in the paper. Dynamic macro models and dynamic input – output model with budget and balance of payments blocks have been used in the projection calculations. Two main variants of Russian economy development for the period – base (moderate optimistic) and pessimistic are analyzed in the article.

Briefly describes the main indicators and systemic problems with the whole manufacturing and selected species, both in Russia and in the context of macro-regions – the federal districts. Abstract

The modern approaches to estimation of gravity models of trade are used to analyze Russian interregional consumer goods trade. The results obtained indicate a high distance elasticity of trade and low elasticity of substitution between varieties of goods. The main reasons for the negative impact of distance on trade are the quality of infrastructure and institutions, as well as various possibilities of different manufacturers to overcome this impact.

Abstract

The paper presents an overview of the Russian pension reform in 2002, its objectives and current results. Particular attention is paid to the funded systems in the compulsory and voluntary pension insurance. It is shown that private pension insurance has stagnated in recent years. We discuss briefly the Government's proposals for further reform of compulsory pension insurance.

The paper presents a methodical approach to justify the choice of securitization to finance the construction of oil and gas industry. It is developed a modification of a simulation model of the project to compare two versions of securitization and credit forms of financing, tested in calculations on the example of a real company.

The nature of innovation risks has an impact on the technology of evaluation and assessment of innovative projects. The article describes the methodological approach and the procedure for its implementation, caused by the nature of risks of innovative projects (non-specific, critical risks), and based on the application of well-known method of real options, and the sequence of steps that form the program for the implementation of innovative project and increase the reliability of the strategy of its implementation.

The firm as the mechanism of management is considered  by the property rights to initial resources of manufacture transferred to it. The organizational-legal form of firm as the environment of process of the specification of the property rights at a microlevel is defined. Abstract

In this article a methodical scheme formulation and implementation of the company features of organizational development. Under the organizational development involves planning, initiation and implementation of management innovations. In the paper, the provision that the statement in the company of regulation activities (functions) for organizational development must be based on the concept of an «organizational policy». The term «The company organizational policy» means a series of objectives, principles, rules, tasks, implementation of which allows to obtain the desired result of the company organizational development. It is proposed to develop the company annually text document «The company organizational policy». Central section of the document is a list of strategic tasks. SWOT-analysis could be used for choosing these strategic tasks.

Abstract

In the article the algorithm of forming of strategy of steady development of industrial enterprise is examined taking into account three factors: mission external environment and internal environment. Strategy to form only through internal environment, but here in a process two other constituents participate: mission and external environment. Thus an algorithm allows due to one loop of feed-back to work off all three factors.
