Development of balanced scorecard on bases score

Abstract

In this article we describe principles and rules for development and introduction of managerial innovations that are used within methodological approach of setting up and implementation of the function of organizational development in the company. By organizational development we mean planning, initiation and implementation of managerial innovations. The function of organizational development is based on organizational policy that is a set of goals, principles, rules, objectives, and implementation of which results in the sought organizational development of the company.
