Legal regulation of autonomous institutions at the present stage of development: problems and perspectives

Abstract

This article is devoted to the legal regulation of autonomous institutions. The purpose of this study is to identify the distinctive features and competitive advantages over other autonomous agency organizational and legal form of the institution, in particular the case of budgetary and private institutions. Also talked about the commercial adaptation of  an autonomous institution.
