State engineering industries at the turn of the second decade of the XXI century

Abstract

Technically advanced countries in the world have been able to achieve a high level of development of the fifth technological structure only through the direct participation and real measures of state support is in the development of machine-building industries. For Russia, the level of development of production engineering for the last twenty years has declined drastically. There is a question about the possibility of the participation of the industry in the future development of the Russian economy, the creation of conditions for the modernization of its production facilities and the transition to innovative development.
