Product innovation and technology strategy: factors, conditions, framework for developing
Abstract
The article deals with strategic management of companies’ innovation processes. The concepts of product innovation and technology strategy are defined. Approaches to the classification of companies’ innovation strategies are given, factors and conditions for their development are analyzed. A framework for developing innovation strategy based on adapted to the domain methods and tools of strategic management is offered.
