Transport project appraisal: experience and problems (part 2)

Abstract

Prevalent in the world approaches to appraisal of large-scale investment projects aimed at construction of transport systems are considered. This part of the article discusses  the multi-criteria and macroeconomic evaluations. The issues of ex-post analysis are discussed as well.
