Classification of municipal formations of Novosibirsk region on innovative investment center, semi-periphery, periphery

Abstract

Innovative investment activity (IIA) forms the basis for socio-economic growth and progress of municipal formation. The mechanism of managing IIA depends on status of municipal formation. There are 3 statuses: innovative investment center, semi-periphery, periphery. In article authors bring forward the authoring technique for rating municipal formation at innovative investment center, semi-periphery, periphery.
