Strategic credit management and its interrelation with credit culture and credit policy of bank
Abstract
The work presents the results of investigation of satisfaction expressed by users with regard to residential real estate. Analysis of customer satisfaction data in housing through satisfaction coefficient. The study can be used by various persons from scientists and developers to develop programs to promote residential real estate, housing, as well as the real estate market.
