To the question of the analysis of interrelation of the organizational-legal form of firm and process of the specification of the property rights at the microlevel

Abstract

In given clause the explanation of the nature of the property of the economic organization is given, being based on institutional the approach. The firm as the mechanism of management is considered  by the property rights to initial resources of manufacture transferred to it. The organizational-legal form of firm as the environment of process of the specification of the property rights at a microlevel is defined. The algorithm of a choice of the organizational-legal form of the firm, assuming maximization of the specification of the property rights at a microlevel is offered.
