Application for outsourcing services
Abstract
We describe the results of a study of problems and methods of construction of the organizational structures of business using the principles of outsourcing. Highlighted the possible models of structuring companies, introduced a classification of types of outsourcing and the types of outsourcing services. The role of outsourcing in undertaking structural transformation of the enterprise. By outsourcing refers to removal from the enterprise of some activities to produce the products, works and services from external of suppliers and contractors. Decisions about outsourcing are accepted by the cost: it is cheaper – to make yourself or buy on the side? Analyzed the implementation schemes of different models of structuring businesses, depending on the market development of the species outsourcing services.
