Social-economical enhancing region and labor mobility employed

Abstract

The paper addresses the issue of regulation of labor mobility in the labor market of the Omsk region. This is one of the conditions for socio-economic development of the region. Formulated competitive advantages of the Omsk region in terms of the formation and development of the labor mobility of the workforce. Analysis of the main indicators of the region under study conducted in the labor market. Direction of the development of labor mobility of labor offered.
