Strategic management in knowledge based economy
Abstract
In the paper, a wide range of current research in the field of strategic management is analyzed. In their research the authors proceeded from the principle of continuity assuming that new tools and methods of strategic management do not deny but complement the possibilities of previously developed. The most important factors of strategic development in today's dynamically changing economywere identified based on the review of the evolution of the theoretical concepts and views on company’s strategies.Forming and constant updating customer values based on the ability to see the emerging opportunities, the company's skill to learn and develop competencies, innovations and partnership within the technological ecosystems appears to be the key success factor of the companies.
