The assessment of the efficiency of formation and development of innovation system of the Russian Federation: regional aspect
Abstract
This article considers the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of regional systems of innovation. At the present time is necessary to take adequate measures to stimulate innovation in the country to highlight the direction of the objects of public funds and to develop methods for the formation of programs to support it. It is important to take into account existing regional characteristics and the contribution of each region in the formation of the overall national innovation system.
