Сравнивая через проведение различных оценок, построение ретроспективных прогнозов, расчёт показателей ошибок разные модификации модели, делается вывод, что модель с неоднородным адаптивным обучением агентов соответствует данным лучше, чем модель с рациональными ожиданиями или однородным адаптивным обучением. Также, в рамках построенной модели определяется наилучшее правило монетарной политики; согласно ему, Центральному банку следует учитывать не только инфляцию и выпуск, но и реагировать на обменный курс и внутреннюю цену на нефть. Построенная в данной работе модель потенциально может быть применима в качестве не сильно громоздкого инструмента для анализа и прогнозов динамики экономики России, а полученные в результате выводы об оптимальной политике могут быть использованы при формировании экономической политики государства. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Within the framework of this study, a small DSGE model of the Russian economy with heterogeneous adaptive learning of economic agents is being developed. Comparing several modifications of the model through various assessments, building retrospective forecasts, calculating error measures, it is concluded that a model with heterogeneous adaptive learning of agents fits the data better than a model with rational expectations or homogeneous adaptive learning. Also, within the framework of the constructed model, the best rule of monetary policy is determined; according to it, the Central Bank should take into account not only inflation and output, but also respond to the exchange rate and the domestic oil price.
