В статье рассматриваются содержательные и методические вопросы идентификации кластеров «сверху». Предлагается методический подход к выявлению эталонных кластеров в России, сочетающий промышленный и пространственный аспекты.

 

In article are considered substantial and methodical questions of identification clusters «from above». The methodical approach to revealing reference of clusters to Russia, combining industrial and spatial aspects is offered.
