В данной статье дается объяснение природы собственности экономической организации, основываясь на институциональном подходе. Рассматривается фирма как механизм управления правами собственности на передаваемые ей исходные ресурсы производства. Определяется организационно-правовая форма фирмы как среда процесса спецификации прав собственности на микроуровне. Предлагается алгоритм выбора организационно-правовой формы фирмы, предполагающий максимизацию спецификации прав собственности на микроуровне.
In given clause the explanation of the nature of the property of the economic organization is given, being based on institutional the approach. The firm as the mechanism of management is considered by the property rights to initial resources of manufacture transferred to it. The organizational-legal form of firm as the environment of process of the specification of the property rights at a microlevel is defined. The algorithm of a choice of the organizational-legal form of the firm, assuming maximization of the specification of the property rights at a microlevel is offered.
