В модель добавлены природные ресурсы как фактор производства. Рассмотрены необходимые и достаточные условия оптимального развития в рамках данной модели. Были определены в общем виде темпы прироста основных макроэкономических показателей на траектории сбалансированного роста.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article offers a modification of the Uzawa – Lucas growth model. The model includes natural resources as a factor of production. The necessary and sufficient optimal growth conditions for this model were considered.
