В обзорной статье дается оценка современного состоянияи описаны проблемы и прогнозы развития важнейших для российской экономики видов обрабатывающих производств, традиционно включающихся в так называемый химический комплекс, но не выделяемых в открытой государственной статистике в отдельные позиции. Показано несоответствие их состояния требованиям инновационного развития отечественной экономики и отдельные некорректности государственных стратегических документов.
In a review article assesses the current status and describes the problems and prospects for the Russian economy the most important kinds of manufacturing, traditionally included in the so-called chemical complex, but did not stand out in the open state statistics in individual positions. Shows the discrepancy of their condition demands innovative development of the national economy and individual incorrectness state strategic documents.
